I suppose you mean the WordPress theme "Prosense". The comment feature settings are independent of your theme (as long as it is supported). Go to your admin panel. Under "Settings » Discussion" you configure it as you want. Please tell me if this was the answer to your question.

Hi,

I’ve been using prosense quite sometime,
I met a problem with comment form as it written that
“comments are closed”.

This way i can no interact with my blog visitor.

PLease tell me how to open the comment.

The only spam I got came from the IPs 194.8.74.X and 194.8.75.X so I added these lines in .htaccess:

# SpamIPs
RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^194.8.74. [NC,OR]
RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^194.8.75. [NC]
#Blocklist end
RewriteRule ^.*$ http://127.0.0.1/ [R,L]

Some authors experience rude behaviour in their comments. It is only natural to disable comments if you do not have time to read every single comment, especially if there are loads of them.
