23 minutes and 45 seconds

Once again. The fastest lap I ever had. I got thirty five seconds faster on a distance of five kilometers. Now I start to beleive that this speed-up is the result of the leg weights I wear from time to time.

These are the weight’s I borrowed from Herbert (thanks Herbert :-) ). Each of them have a weight of 1140 gramms. Generally you wear them under the pants so the right picture only shows how it looks like on your legs.

Leg weights are an old training technique, but are extremely effective at building stamina and muscle, and you can use them anytime anywhere. At home, while you’re at the office, out shopping, anywhere you go your legs weights can go as well.

It may not seem like much but adding that little extra weight will make your body work that much harder, and thus without you even knowing it you’ll have built up some major stamina in no time. And when you take the weights off you’ll feel a lot lighter.
